Our collections of materials of scientific and practical internet conferences are assigned a number ISSN and are included in the scientometric database “RINC/RSCI”.

Your reports will be posted on this website, and will also be published in the conference proceedings. The conference contains sections exclusively of a legal and historical nature. The reports are posted on the above-mentioned website and in the collections of the Internet conference by section, in alphabetical order according to the surnames of the authors. Participants are issued certificates of participation in the conference.
Every Internet user from any country in the world will be able to get acquainted with the materials of the conference.
The cost of publication in the collection of abstracts for participants from Ukraine is 55 hryvnias for each full (or incomplete) page of A4 format and 70 hryvnias for the collection and certificate. Payment for the publication of collections is sent to settlement (transit) account 26200690957656 in JSC CB "PRIVATBANK", IBAN UA283052990000026200690957656. Purpose of payment: Replenishment of card account 4149 4991 1598 8808 Rusenko S. Ya. (TIN 3040403057).

For participants from other countries, the organizational fee is 3 USD for each (full or incomplete) page of submitted abstracts and 7 USD for sending the collection and certificate. The cost and shipping of each additional copy of the collection of conference materials is 8 USD. For foreign participants, payment is made by international money transfer via the Western Union payment system - Recipient: Sviatoslav Rusenko. Or in dollars via the electronic currency PerfectMoney wallet U11220920. When transferring electronic money, be sure to indicate the sender's last name.
Requirements for the design of abstracts of reports: materials are submitted in the “doc” or “rtf” format of the Microsoft Word text editor; text volume – 2-6 pages; margin on all sides 20 mm; font Times New Roman, pin 14, line spacing 1.5;
Abstracts, information about the author(s), a scanned (photographed) receipt for payment and, if necessary, a review are sent electronically to the e-mail address: lex-line@ukr.net.
Information about authors to whom collections and certificates need to be sent is sent in a separate file indicating their home address, phone number, place of work or study, position, academic title, scientific degree, e-mail (if possible and desired). An example of filling is on the website.
Theses of students and cadets of higher education institutions must be accompanied by a review by a scientific supervisor.

- The authors of the reports are responsible for the material covered in the abstracts.
- Each incompletely filled page with text is paid in the same amount as the filled one.
- The manuscript is not subject to additional editing, therefore it must be carefully prepared.
- For one scientific paper, 1 (one) copy of the collection and one certificate will be sent to the address of the first author, which is indicated in the information about the authors. To receive additional collections, it is necessary to pay their cost in the amount of 35 hryvnias for each additional copy, which must be indicated in the receipt sent.
