Meeting of the Bureau of the Presidium of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine on ‘Developing agricultural science through public–private partnerships’

On September 17, 2025, a meeting of the Bureau of the Presidium of the NAAS of Ukraine was held in the premises of the Presidium of the NAAS of Ukraine, dedicated to the topic “Development of agricultural science on the platform of public-private partnership”. The meeting was attended by the head of the CITR, candidate of economic sciences Olena Vasilyeva, and the chief researcher of the CITR, doctor of economic sciences, prof. Vyacheslav Solovyov. During the discussion, the Institute representatives noted that modern economic development is impossible without productive interaction between government, science and business. This is the so-called “triple helix” model, where science becomes the connecting link capable of ensuring innovative relations between the state and business. However, such connections are impossible without developing a system of public-private partnership. We thank our colleagues for the invitation and look forward to further cooperation!
