The event was dedicated to the memory of G.M. Dobrov (1929–1989) — Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the first head of the Center for Research on Scientific and Technical Potential and the History of Science, the founder of the development of scientific research and the founder of the scientific school of science in Ukraine.
The conference was attended by 52 scientists. 15 scientists and doctoral students of the State Institution “Dobrov Institute for Scientific and Technological Potential and Science History Studies of the NAS of Ukraine", as well as invited scientists of the State Scientific Institute "Institute of Economics and Forecasting NAS of Ukraine":
