“Problems and prospects of innovative development of the economy in the context of Ukraine's integration into the European scientific and innovative space”,

The conference is attended by heads and specialists of ministries and departments, national academies of sciences, local state administrations, scientific institutions, higher education institutions, innovative enterprises of Ukraine and foreign countries.

Purpose of the conference: discussion of problems and prospects for innovative development of the economy of Ukraine and its regions as strategic priorities of the state, ensuring technological development based on the outpacing growth of high-tech industries, research into aspects of the interaction of government, science and business as factors of sustainable economic growth in the context of Ukraine's integration into the European Scientific and Innovative Space.

Abstracts of reports will be published in the collection of materials of the XXIII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Problems and Prospects of Innovative Development of the Economy in the Context of Ukraine’s Integration into the European Scientific and Innovative Space” before the conference.

The conference materials will be posted on the scientific portal “Economics: Realities of Time” of ONPU, the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the website of the State Institution “Dobrov Institute for Scientific and Technological Potential and Science History Studies of the NAS of Ukraine” and on the innovation portal www.inno.lviv.ua.

The conference is planned in the format of a plenary session and sections. Working languages ​​of the conference: Ukrainian, English, Russian.

Topic of reports and messages at the conference:

• innovative development, technological modernization of the economy, implementation of the latest technological solutions and production of high-tech products - the only way for Ukraine to emerge from the economic crisis;
• regional aspect of innovation activity, competitiveness of the economy, economic security, interaction of government, science and business;
• national and regional innovation systems and programs, problems and prospects for creating innovation infrastructure;
• problems of the development of modern innovative entrepreneurship and training of personnel in the conditions of structural changes in the economy;
• combination of opportunities and needs of science, education and production in Ukraine, presentation of scientific and technical developments of higher education institutions, national academies of sciences; establishing contacts with potential investors and international cooperation in the innovation sphere;
• development of mechanisms of state administration and regulatory framework of innovation activity in Ukraine, creation of legal principles of support of innovative enterprises and "startups";
• digital economy: current state and development prospects; open science and open innovations, issues of commercialization of scientific and technical results and training of specialists in intellectual property management;
• history of science and technology through the prism of innovations and the centenary of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
• transformation of scientific knowledge into a production function and information and technological support for this process;
• modern mechanisms for requesting scientific results regarding the development of the technological sphere of production, state and entrepreneurial motivation for stimulating technological renewal of the sphere of production;
• sensitivity of the applied science sphere to the emergence of new requests from practice, means of creating interfaces for transferring requests from practice to the scientific sphere;
• development of principles for identifying the need for innovative correction of practice and principles for forming criteria for assessing the transferability of knowledge at the stages of the innovation life cycle.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSTRACT FORMATION

1. Original abstracts of reports containing the results of previously unpublished research (number of authors – no more than three), in one of the working languages of the conference, are accepted for publication. The volume of abstracts is not exceed 5 pages, including figures, tables and a list of sources used.
2. Abstracts are prepared using Microsoft Word, Times New Roman font; size – 12; line spacing – 1.15; paragraph indentation – 0.75 cm; headers: upper – 1.27 cm, lower – 1.5 cm; margins: left – 3 cm, right – 1.5 cm, upper and lower – 2 cm. Abstract pages are not numbered.
3. The file is saved in RTF and DOC formats. Submit the file name in transliteration, as the name of the author (authors), for example, Petgenko.doc.
4. Title elements: in the first line on the left without paragraph indentation – the surname and initials of the author(s); the second line – academic title, scientific degree, position, institution (facility), email; after one line – the title of the abstracts in capital letters (centered). Then, after one line (paragraph indentation) – the abstract. From a new line (paragraph indentation) – keywords in the language of the abstracts. From a new line (paragraph indentation) – the main text. After one line after the text of the abstracts, the "List of sources used" is given, which is drawn up in accordance with established standards (in the order of appearance of references to the source, without paragraph indentation). At the end of the abstracts in English, the following are given: surname and initials of the authors (centered), title of the abstracts (centered, in capital letters), translation of the text of the abstract and keywords (from a new line, paragraph indentation).
5. References to sources used in the text according to the example: [2, pp. 3-7; 5, p. 127], where the first number is the source number in the list of sources used, the number after the comma is the page number (the range is specified by a hyphen), several sources are separated by a semicolon or a hyphen. Footnotes are allowed for comments in the text and are created through the program menu - Insert-Footnote.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE

For inclusion in the conference program until September 15, 2018 required:

1. Register by filling out the participant application form in the form provided http://stepscenter.org.ua/registr or by sending it to e-mail: odessa@stepscenter.org.ua (a sample of the participant’s application can be downloaded at the link http://stepscenter.org.ua/text).
2. Send the abstract of the report and a scanned copy of the receipt for payment of the registration fee to the specified email address. Confirmation of receipt of materials must be received within 3 days, otherwise - a request must be sent to the organizing committee.

Abstracts sent to the organizing committee address after the established deadline will not be considered. Responsibility for the authenticity of the content lies with the author. Publication of abstracts in the collection is carried out by the author's editorial office. Abstracts that do not meet the thematic areas of the conference, the requirements for the design of materials or the requirements for the level of their preparation will be rejected, and the authors will be notified by email.

The collection of materials of the XXIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Problems and Prospects of Innovative Development of the Economy in the Context of Ukraine's Integration into the European Scientific and Innovative Space" can be obtained during registration for the conference or after its holding - by Ukrposhta using the details specified in the participant's application.

The conference participation fee
consists of:

Full-time:

300 UAH (participation in plenary sessions and sections, publication of abstracts, printed conference programme and printed collection of conference materials, coffee break, visiting innovative and active enterprises);

250 UAH (participation in plenary sessions and sections, publication of abstracts, printed conference programme and electronic version collection of conference materials, coffee break, visiting innovative and active enterprises).

Remote form:

200 UAH (publication of abstracts and sending by Ukrposhta one copy of the printed collection of conference materials);

150 UAH (publication of abstracts and sending an electronic copy of the collection of conference materials to email authors).

In some cases, by agreement with the organizing committee of the conference, it is possible to pay an organizational fee during registration.

Travel, accommodation and food expenses are covered by the participants themselves.
