Second-year and more senior postgraduate students at the Dobrov Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine must prepare documents for the annual assessment for the 2025–2026 academic year, which will take place on 23 November 2026.
Required documents:
1. The postgraduate student’s individual work plan.
2. The assessment form.
3. A report on work completed during the 2025–2026 academic year, including research publications and participation in conferences and symposia.
4. An extract from the minutes of a departmental meeting or research seminar, including the department’s recommendation on the postgraduate student’s assessment for consideration by the Institute’s Academic Council.
First-year postgraduate students do not undergo this assessment.
